WATER PROTECTION ZONES UNDER INFLUENCE OF SUBURBANIZATION

Abstract:
The legislation, legal and socio-ecological problems of water protection zones (under influence of construction settlements) are discussed. The author proposes to increase in 100-1000 times the taxes on landowners in water protection zones, as well as to increase control over managers which offers sites for cottedge settlements in water protection zones.
