Abstract:
The current state of operation and the main parameters of unit administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine made a comparative analysis of the circuit structure of the circuit structure of European countries made major development directions of the administrative-territorial reform in our country. The basic principles and problems of administrative-territorial reform in our country. Implementation of administrative reform in Ukraine should be carried out taking into account the fact that the state should be unitary, which requires decentralization of public administration, deconcentration of functions and their transfer from the central to local governments and local authorities.
