THE CONCEPT OF PLACE IN THE MODERN AREAS OF ECONOMIC GEOGRAPHY

Abstract:
This writing is an endeavour to understand the changes taking place in modern economic geography. It is essential for all branches of geography to focus on difference of places. So, why don’t we use a particular understanding of place as a pointer? By means of this approach the paper shows the distinguishing features of the new directions of thought within economic geography and identifies the relation between these trends.
