HUMAN-GEOGRAPHICAL STUDIES OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC FACTORS AFFECTING POPULATION MORBIDITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract:

The author focuses on factors determining the population morbidity in Ukraine, revealing their essence and distingushing groups of factors according to their influence. Certain attention is paid to the socio-economic factors that influence on population health. Regional diversities in the spread of poverty and Human Development Index in Ukraine are considered through their impact of population health.
