PRISON SYSTEM OF UKRAINE AS A FACTOR AFFECTING COMMUNITY AND CRIME IN THE REGIONS

Abstract:
The article focuses on the prison system, including its spatial structure, as a factor influencing the development and distribution of crime. The Ukrainian regions were classified depending on the action of the penitentiary factor.
